Ariat needed a program to support all of their business, Western, Equestrian, Workwear and lifestyle. Distinct categories. One brand.

The goal wasn’t to design four different environments. It was to create one disciplined system that could hold multiple expressions without losing its voice. Inside wholesale, the environment had to do one thing exceptionally well: make category decisions easier without fragmenting the brand. Western needed to feel different from work. Equestrian needed its own credibility. Lifestyle needed room to breathe. But the material language, the structure, the logic all had to stay aligned.

Modular wall bays. Heavy-duty denim solutions built to carry the weight. Apparel and footwear systems designed for density without visual noise. We built a scalable shop-in-shop system that allows each division to express its tone without fragmenting the whole. A modular kit of parts engineered for heavy product loads, daily retail wear, and wholesale realities where the brand isn’t there to manage every reset.
